1. Summary

Abstract for the general public

The aim of this research project is to identify the proportion of females that conduct BSE and the factors that are associated with not performing BSE within a rural district of Kashmir, North India. The rationale for our project is that there are limited similar studies in rural areas of India and there is no such study conducted within Kashmir.
