Why can I not have two user accounts?

One reason for not being able to create a user account can be that you already have a user account in Researchweb. Several grant providers use Researchweb and the intention is that you should use the same user account for all grant providers that use Researchweb. It saves time in the application process, particularly since you may use the same CV for all grant providers linked to Researchweb.

Another reason for not being able to create a user account can be that you have not updated your user account despite two reminder emails. The user account will then be set inactive. To reactivate user account, please contact the grant provider administrator.
