Registration to the conference

  1. Register your personal contact details and create a login (unless you already have one) here; Link to login or register. Write your name when asked for. If your first or last name consists of two parts then just enter one of the parts. The system will try to find you and list possible matches. If any of them are you then you obviously already have a personal profile. If that is the case click on that name and proceed with the login. If your name is not found click on the option to create a new profile. You complete the registration by completing questions about basic contact information, your education and academic level. Click on save. (No need to complete the CV for the purpose of conference registration)
  2. A temporary password will be e-mailed to you. Log in using that. You will be requested to change your password. Your new password must be at least eight characters, contain uppercase and lowercase letters as well as at least two digits.
  3. Make an electronic registration to the conference (while being logged in): a) click on the menu option Applications (Ansökan) b)click on the sub-menu Application forms" (ansökningsformulär) c) choose the template Conference registration. Follow instructions and answer all questions. You should get an automated e-mail confirming this when you are finished. Please contact Gun Rembeck if you don't get this e-mail.
  4. Follow payment instructions e-mailed to you (also visible below).
  5. Ensure you book accommodation (separate to conference registration).

Send an e-mail to stating the message being used (25803 XXXXXX) and also stating the name of all participants included in the payment and the amount paid for each person.

Abstract submission

Please note that abstract submission closed 28th of February 2017.
  1. We require the presenter to attend the conference. Hence, ensure you first make an electronic registration to the conference doing at least step 1 and 2 above. You will not be able to submit your abstract without first doing this. (You can wait with paying the conference fee until you know if your abstract is accepted.)
  2. Make an electronic abstract submission: While being logged in: a) click on the menu option Applications (Ansökan). b) click on the sub-menu Application forms. c) choose the template Abstract submission to a conference. Follow instructions and answer all questions. You should get an automated e-mail confirming this when you are finished. Please contact Gun Rembeck if you don't get this e-mail.

You will get a question during the abstract submission process where you state if your preferred contribution is an oral presentation of 30 min, 15 min or a poster. Please note that the conference language is English and all posters and oral presentations must be in English.
